FAQ

Does Memory send my browsing data anywhere?

No. See Memory's privacy commitment for the full breakdown.

What's the difference between Spine and Memory?

Spine is a productivity toolbar for things you actively do in the browser. Memory is a passive recall layer for things you've already read. They share a license and a sign-in but solve different problems.

Do I need both?

No. You can install one, the other, or both. Pricing is per-product — your license can include just Spine, just Memory, or both.

Can I share my license with a teammate?

Each Sauvrn workspace can have multiple members. The workspace owner invites teammates by email from the web app. Each member uses their own sign-in to receive a per-device license token.

What you can't do is share a token directly — tokens are per-user, per-device. Sharing a token bypasses the seat count and will eventually trip rate-limiting.

How do I cancel?

Open the web app, go to Settings → Billing, and click Manage subscription. You'll be sent to Stripe's Customer Portal where you can cancel.

I'm an enterprise buyer — can I get a contract?

Yes. Email sales@sauvrn.ai.

Is my data backed up?

For Memory: no, because we don't have your data. Your index lives in your browser; back up your browser profile to back up your Memory index.

For Spine: yes — your workspaces are stored in your Sauvrn account, so they sync across devices when you sign in.
